Our Studios can accommodate 2/4 people while our Suites and Adjoining Rooms can accommodate up to 8. Rooms are available for the weekend, the week, the month or the entire season on a lease basis. The Dune Deck's breathtaking views make this a spectacular location to host your Ocean Front Wedding, Family Reunion, Company Picnic or other Special Event.

The Village of Westhampton Beach is just two short miles away with excellent shopping and dining for all tastes and budgets. Westhampton Beach is only 75 miles from NYC, and is the nearest Hampton resort town to New York City.
